All vehicle rentals are subject to our Vehicle Rental Agreement, which will be provided at the time of booking. By booking a vehicle, you agree to be bound by the terms of the Rental Agreement in addition to these Terms of Service.

Vehicle availability, pricing, and terms are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel reservations, or modify rental terms at our discretion.

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Royalty Drive, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

All payments must be made in accordance with the terms specified in your booking confirmation. We accept major credit cards and may require a security deposit. You are responsible for all charges associated with your rental, including but not limited to rental fees, taxes, fuel charges, cleaning fees, and damage charges.

Cancellation policies vary depending on the rental terms. Please refer to your booking confirmation and the Vehicle Rental Agreement for specific cancellation terms. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Royalty Drive, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Royalty Drive, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or relating to your use of our website or services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.
