Vehicle Rental Agreement

Lessor: Royalty Drive, Inc., a California corporation, operating under the brand name "Royalty Drive" with its principal place of business in Los Angeles County, California.

Renter: The individual identified in the booking confirmation who will be the primary driver and responsible party for this rental.

Vehicle: The vehicle identified in your booking confirmation, including but not limited to: Year: [YEAR], Make: [MAKE], Model: [MODEL], VIN: [VIN], License Plate: [PLATE].

Rental Period: The rental period begins on [START DATE] at [START TIME] and ends on [END DATE] at [END TIME] ("Rental Period").

Late Returns: If the vehicle is not returned by the agreed end time, you will be charged a late fee of $[AMOUNT] per hour or portion thereof, in addition to any daily rental charges. A grace period of 30 minutes may be provided at Royalty Drive's discretion for extenuating circumstances, but is not guaranteed.

Extension: Any extension of the Rental Period must be approved in advance by Royalty Drive and may be subject to availability and additional charges.

Only the Renter and any additional drivers who have been expressly approved by Royalty Drive in writing may operate the vehicle during the Rental Period.

Age Requirements: Minimum age requirements vary by vehicle category:

• Standard luxury vehicles: Minimum age 21 years
• High-end exotic and premium vehicles: Minimum age 25 years
• Certain vehicles may have additional age restrictions as specified in your booking confirmation

Driver's License: All authorized drivers must possess a valid, unexpired driver's license from their country or state of residence. International driver's licenses are accepted when accompanied by a valid passport.

No Unapproved Drivers: Operation of the vehicle by any person not listed as an authorized driver constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate termination of the rental, forfeiture of all fees, and liability for all damages.

Pre-Rental Inspection: At the time of vehicle delivery, you will have the opportunity to inspect the vehicle and note any existing damage or defects on the inspection form. Your signature on the inspection form confirms the vehicle's condition at delivery.

Renter Responsibility: You are responsible for the vehicle's condition during the entire Rental Period. You must return the vehicle in the same condition as received, subject only to normal wear and tear.

Normal Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear includes minor scratches, dings, or wear that occurs during ordinary, careful use of the vehicle. It does not include damage from accidents, collisions, misuse, abuse, or failure to maintain the vehicle properly.

Return Condition: The vehicle must be returned with a full tank of fuel (or the fuel level at which it was delivered), clean interior and exterior, and all original equipment and accessories intact. Cleaning fees, fuel charges, and replacement costs for missing items will be charged to your account.

Required Documentation: Prior to vehicle release, you must provide Royalty Drive with valid proof of insurance showing active coverage that extends to rental vehicles. Acceptable proof includes an insurance card, declaration page, or letter from your insurance carrier.

Active Coverage Required: Your insurance policy must remain active and in good standing throughout the entire Rental Period. You must immediately notify Royalty Drive if your insurance coverage lapses, is cancelled, or becomes invalid.

Verification: Royalty Drive reserves the right to verify your insurance coverage with your insurance carrier at any time during or after the Rental Period.

Insufficient Coverage: If your insurance coverage is insufficient, does not cover rental vehicles, or does not meet Royalty Drive's requirements, Royalty Drive may deny vehicle release, cancel the rental, or require additional security deposits at its sole discretion.

Security Deposit: A security deposit of $[AMOUNT] will be authorized on your credit card at the time of vehicle delivery. This authorization will remain in place until the vehicle is returned and inspected, and all charges are finalized.

Deposit Application: The security deposit may be applied toward, but is not limited to:

• Damage repairs or replacement costs
• Cleaning fees (including smoking, pet, or excessive soiling)
• Fuel charges if vehicle is not returned with a full tank
• Traffic violations, tolls, parking tickets, or fines
• Late return fees
• Administrative and processing fees
• Loss of use charges
• Diminished value assessments

Deposit Release: Provided the vehicle is returned in acceptable condition and all charges are paid, the security deposit authorization will be released within 5-7 business days after vehicle return and inspection. Actual charges will be processed immediately.

Additional Charges: You agree to pay all applicable charges, including but not limited to: rental fees, taxes, fuel charges, cleaning fees, smoking fees ($[AMOUNT]), tolls, traffic violations, parking tickets, late fees, damage charges, loss of use fees, administrative fees, and any other charges incurred during the Rental Period.

Immediate Notification: In the event of an accident, theft, vandalism, or any incident involving the vehicle, you must immediately notify Royalty Drive at +1(424) 343-4603 and your insurance carrier. Failure to provide immediate notification may result in additional liability.

Police Report: You must file a police report for any accident involving injury, death, property damage exceeding $[AMOUNT], or theft of the vehicle. A copy of the police report must be provided to Royalty Drive within 24 hours.

Insurance Notification: You must immediately notify your insurance carrier and initiate a claim. You must provide Royalty Drive with your insurance claim number and adjuster contact information within 48 hours.

Cooperation: You must fully cooperate with Royalty Drive, your insurance carrier, law enforcement, and any other parties involved in investigating and resolving any incident. This includes providing statements, documentation, and access to information as reasonably requested.

No Admission of Fault: You must not admit fault or liability to any third party without first consulting with Royalty Drive and your insurance carrier.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Royalty Drive, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use, operation, or possession of the vehicle
• Any accident, incident, or damage involving the vehicle
• Any violation of this Agreement
• Any claims by third parties arising from your use of the vehicle
• Any failure to maintain adequate insurance coverage

Assumption of Risk: You assume all risks associated with the use and operation of the vehicle. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all consequences arising from your use of the vehicle.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by California law, Royalty Drive's liability for any claims arising from this Agreement or the rental of the vehicle is limited to the amount of rental fees actually paid by you. Royalty Drive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, or loss of data.

Cancellation by Renter: You may cancel your reservation subject to the following terms:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the rental start time: Full refund
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before rental start time: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before rental start time: No refund

Termination by Royalty Drive: Royalty Drive may immediately terminate this Agreement and repossess the vehicle without notice or refund if:

• You breach any term of this Agreement
• The vehicle is used for a prohibited purpose
• The vehicle is operated by an unauthorized driver
• You fail to maintain required insurance coverage
• The vehicle is used in an unsafe or illegal manner
• Royalty Drive reasonably believes the vehicle is at risk of damage or loss

No Refunds for Termination: If Royalty Drive terminates this Agreement due to your breach, you will not be entitled to any refund of rental fees, and you remain liable for all charges, damages, and costs.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the rental of the vehicle shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.

This Agreement, together with the booking confirmation and vehicle inspection form, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Royalty Drive regarding the rental of the vehicle. This Agreement supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements, whether oral or written.

No Modifications: This Agreement may not be modified except in writing signed by both parties. No verbal representations or promises shall be binding unless reduced to writing and signed.

Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
